Applicant represents that all of the above information is true and complete and authorizes its verification by reasonable means. Applicant understands that false information given herein may constitute grounds for rejection and/or forfeiture of any deposits.
I/We authorize Park Avenue Previews to provide any Lessor or potential Lessor any and all information they request. Such information includes, but is not limited to, employment history, income, bank or similar account balances, and credit history.
Applicant deposited the sum of $ in the form of a holding deposit with the understanding that this application is subject to approval and acceptance by the landlord. Upon approval and acceptance, the applicant agrees to execute the Landlord Standard Leaase Agreement before possession of residence is given and to pay any balance due on the first month's rent and security deposit prior of lease term. If this application is not approved, the deposit will be refunded, the applicant hereby waiving any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance.
